Returns
If you are not
absolutely pleased with your purchase ARPG will be happy to make an exchange
or a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in
like-new condition.
Contact an Accolade Reaction Promotion
Group Customer Service Representative at 1-800-743-5224 between the hours of
8:00AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time or at rbc@arpg.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
number before returning any goods. A Return Authorization (RA) number must
accompany any item returned. A 15% re-stocking charge may apply to returned
goods.
Note:
When rejecting items on ez-Buy – (Step # 3 “Receive Items” Screen) you must include
the Return Authorization (RA) number in the comment field.
Made to Order
If you have a special
need for an item not found in ez-Buy, simply Click “Custom Order” on the
Navigation Menu, complete the form and select “Submit”. A Custom Product Specialist from ARPG will
contact you directly.
If you wish
to contact a Custom Product Specialist you can do so by calling
1-800-743-5224, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Eastern Time. The Specialist will work with you to find the particular item
to fit your needs.
