2. Shipping Information
Ship To:
Information on where to ship your order is entered on the “Add Shipping Details” screen in eStore.
Lead Time Definitions:
A. For items with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 piece:
Merchandise which is listed with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece is considered “on shelf” and is decorated with the branding indicated on the product’s page. These items will be shipped via ground transportation. Shipping is always subject to availability of the item in stock. These items typically ship within 2-3 days of the order, unless the item is out of stock. The standard for shipping items that are out of stock is 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your order, but we will always do our best to deliver as soon as possible before that time. Your Accolade Promotion Group customer service rep will contact you about the status of any out of stock orders, and is available to receive your inquiries.
B. For “Rush” Orders:
When processing a RUSH order, you must indicate “RUSH ORDER” and required date on the “Add Comment Screen” in eStore, be sure to tick “include comment on Purchase order” box.
Note: There may be additional shipping charges.
If you require your order to be shipped via “overnight” delivery, you MUST telephone your customer service representative at 1-877-793-7838 option 4 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Only those items that are available in stock, on shelf and decorated at the time of your order may be shipped within this timeframe if the order is received before 2:00 PM EST. RUSH items will be shipped via air transit. Shipping is always subject to availability of the item in stock. These items typically ship within 1 day of the order, unless the item is out of stock. The standard for shipping items that are out of stock is 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your order, but we will always do our best to deliver as soon as possible before that time. Your customer service rep can advise you about the availability of your items, and will assist in your product selection when you call to place your order.
C. Custom Orders:
Custom Orders are available by special order only. To place a custom order, return to eStore and select Promotional Products, Custom Orders (orders are placed outside of eStore, follow payment reconciliation procedures for non eStore orders.).
Shipping information is entered via eStore. You will be prompted accordingly once you return to eStore. Shipping is always subject to availability of the item in stock. These items require additional time for decoration prior to shipping, and they typically ship within 2-3 weeks of the order, unless the item is out of stock at the manufacturer. The standard for shipping these items is up to 90 days from receipt of your order, however, every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible before the 90 days. An Accolade Promotion Group customer service rep will contact you about the status of your order.
Note: Custom orders are placed outside of eStore.

All orders are shipped via ground service. For rush orders or overnight shipping, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-877-793-7838 option 4 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time or at service@swervepoint.com.
Note: Shipping Charges are NOT included in the product price. Charges will appear on the Distribution History Report: (DHR) of the "Charge to Transit".
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be added to orders based upon the shipping address denoted in the order.

Returns
If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase APG will be happy to make an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in like-new condition.
Contact an Accolade Promotion Group Customer Service Representative at 1-877-793-7838 option 4 between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time or at service@swervepoint.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any goods. A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany any item returned. A 15% re-stocking charge may apply to returned goods.
Note: When rejecting items on eStore – (Step # 3 “Receive Items” Screen) you must include the Return Authorization (RA) number in the comment field.
Made to Order
If you have a special need for an item not found in eStore, simply Click “Custom Order” on the Navigation Menu, complete the form and select “Submit”. A Custom Product Specialist from APG will contact you directly.
If you wish to contact a Custom Product Specialist you can do so by calling 1-877-793-7838 option 4, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The Specialist will work with you to find the particular item to fit your needs.
